Si antes del confinamiento derivado de la crisis de coronavirus la idea de trabajar en casa sonaba id\u00edlica para algunos, el teletrabajo \u00abobligado\u00bb no es tan placentero como parec\u00eda.<\/p>\n

La falta de espacio, la dificultad para delimitar los horarios o las constantes distracciones van poco a poco sumando razones para hacer cada vez m\u00e1s complicada la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n

La abrupta llegada del teletrabajo hace que tengamos que adaptarnos a la velocidad de la luz a \u00e9l. Casi como m\u00e9todo de supervivencia, tenemos que aprender a adaptar una rutina de trabajo que tenemos muy asimilada a las cuatro paredes de nuestra casa.<\/p>\n

\u00abLos hogares est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para la convivencia familiar, y ahora nos vemos obligados a convertirlo en un espacio de trabajo\u00bb, explica la soci\u00f3loga Alicia Aradilla, autora del libro \u00abTeletrabajar, pero bien\u00bb<\/a> (Diana).<\/p>\n

\u00abEl COVID-19 nos dej\u00f3 sin tiempo de transici\u00f3n, sin periodo de aprendizaje y sin manual debajo del brazo\u00bb, explica en el libro.<\/p>\n
